Within 14 days from the purchase if the product is defective or the wrong size it will be possible to return it, here's how to do it:
- Send us an email to shop@calzatureparutto.it indicating the problem that has arisen, in the case of defective goods, photos are welcome.
- After our confirmation you can send us the goods to be changed to the following address (at the customer's expense):

- We will ship you the new goods as soon as possible at our expense .

- NOT Refunds are made except in cases to be agreed upon
- NOT Returns are accepted in the case of customized products
- NOT Returns are accepted in the case of used products
- The orders NOT must be done for vision or test otherwise the return must be made at *your own expense* and the refund will be made net of shipping costs upon receipt of the product
- For Product change unless it is due to a change of size or defects (e.g. change of colour or model) the shipping costs for the new goods are customer load
- For returns to the foreign countries Shipping costs for new goods are customer load
